Ever since I experienced my earliest memory of unhappiness, I have been obsessed with finding the source of happiness and fulfillment. While this quest has taken me on a lot of interesting paths, I found happiness to be a recipe requiring the following ingredients:
  • mental well-being
  • peak physical health
  • emotional and behavioral mastery
  • balancing of body-energy
I am constantly learning and experimenting aspects of these areas to create a more enhanced state of happiness and fulfillment. This framework represents my current thinking.
